I come from a generation that grew up with technology, and I am bringing that mindset into the business — using data, automation and practical AI to predict maintenance earlier, schedule our engineers more efficiently, and keep customers informed at every step. The aim is a service that is quicker to book, easier to track and more transparent, without losing the personal relationships this company was founded on.
